Nomination Process

Student organizations have two options to nominate their organizations for an award.

  1. Traditional nomination: Students can submit their information online and share why they think they should be recognized.
  2. Video nomination: Groups can document their activity via a video nomination.
The criteria for video nominations are:
    • Each video should be no more than 3 minutes, covering all five award areas.
    • Videos must be in MP4 format.
    • Include an introduction, title and description of organization and provide a closing page. Watch the video for complete details.
    • Important: When your video is ready for submission, please have video submitter contact Winnie Sampson at for nomination upload access.

It is highly recommended to start recording activity and events now.
