Jen Robb, MPA, MA is the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment and Inclusive Excellence Initiatives.  She leads the development, implementation, and assessment of undergraduate recruitment by partnering with her team, senior leadership, Undergraduate Admissions and university offices to enroll a class of 1600 freshmen New First Year Students (NFYS) annually.  As a member of the inclusive excellence team, Jen collaborates to develop college-wide initiatives and recommend promising practices integrating diversity, equity, inclusion and justice (DEIJ) into all aspects of operations.  Jen oversees the Inclusive Excellence Certificate program and helps lead the college’s Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Council.  

Jen brings 19 years of DEIJ program planning and implementation experience, 14 years specifically in designing and facilitating recruitment strategies for prospective Ohio State students.  As an experienced higher education administrator, she has served on 10+ university-wide recruitment, retention, and diversity and inclusion committees.  Jen’s favorite part of of working at Ohio State is the opportunity to learn, grow, and collaborate with students, staff, and faculty.  Jen holds a Masters in Public Administration and a Masters in Arts from Ohio University.
