Inclusive Excellence Certificate Program Outcomes

The Inclusive Excellence Certificate program (IEC) provides faculty and staff with the opportunity to build cultural competency skills, develop greater self-awareness, gain a deeper understanding of the university's core values, and increase their understanding of the value and importance of diversity, equity, and inclusive excellence. The steady increase in participation in the IEC and the overall number of faculty and staff engaged in at least one IEC-related event strongly indicates the college is making progress in creating an environment where everyone thrives.
