• Overview of your mission and vision for inclusive excellence in your department or unit

Conduct a self-assessment of current Inclusive Excellence promising practices

Review successes, areas of growth, gaps and high needs utilizing existing data

• Institutional Data and Survey Reports provided by the Office of Institutional Research and Planning
• College of Engineering Annual Statistical Report
  • Faculty Dashboard
  • Staff Dashboard
  • Student Dashboard

Draft goals, activities, outcomes and metrics Matrix

• Visit the Inclusive Excellence Framework page ( IE Pillars / strategic priorities)
• Identify your high-need areas and align objectives with the College of Engineering Goals for Inclusive Excellence
• Create or locate existing activities, events, or programs that will address the goals
• Identify the expected outcomes you hope to achieve
• Determine how success will be evaluated.  Additionally, please detail your unit’s barriers to achieving the priorities outlined in the College of Engineering’s Inclusive Excellence goals.
