Pre-Commencement Celebration

The Ohio State University College of Engineering cordially invites autumn semester 2021 graduates to a celebration luncheon in their honor immediately following commencement rehearsal. Friends and family are welcome to attend, up to a maximum of six guests per graduate. 

Attend the celebration anytime from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Dean Howard will present a special toast to the graduates around 12:00 p.m.   

Space is limited to the first 300 registered guests, so be sure to RSVP online by December 10, 2021.

Dress code: Casual or business casual. Graduation gowns welcome, but not required.

Menu: The buffet will be available from 11:30-12:30 p.m. Desserts and beverages will be available until 1:00 p.m. The menu will include a garden salad, assortment of hot sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, and desserts. Coffee, tea, water and other beverages will be provided.  

Parking: Complimentary parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Fawcett Center lot. You will receive a printable parking pass via email a few days before the event.
