Global Conference on Diversity in Aviation, Aerospace and STEM

This highly regarded gathering provides an opportunity for students, professionals and leaders in the aviation industry to share best practices around issues of diversity, inclusion and equity. 2019’s event included the participation of over 100 students and industry professionals, who learned from leading experts about a variety of topics, including safety, implicit bias, stereotypes in the workplace, how to be an ally and advocate, and much more. The pandemic in 2020 didn’t slow us down and we held a series of virtual professional development workshops.

We are excited to host this event once again in 2021... in person and virtually!
