Camp CAR Goes Virtual
In keeping with The Ohio State University’s stance on summer camps, and out of an abundance of caution, the Center for Automotive Research (CAR) will not be able to host our week-long, in-person day camp as hoped. In its place, we're excited to host a virtual experience on Wednesday, July 22.
This experience will take place via Zoom and include a tour of CAR labs, the chance to hear from and converse with CAR researchers and students, and a look inside the Student Projects Motorsports facility, home of the worlds fastest electric vehicle, the Venturi Buckeye Bullet!
We know that seeing CAR on your screen isn't the same as experiencing it in-person, so we are planning for a VIP, in-person tour for our official Camp CAR student participants once campus re-opens to the public.
Registration: This event is free and open to everyone. To participate, please register online by July 20.
