Places to Live 

Popular Neighborhoods: Lower Haight, Hayes Valley, Pacific Heights, Lower Pacific Heights, Russian Hill, Portrero Hill, SOMA, Mission Bay  

Sunset and Richmond are nice, but are far away from the "action"  

Some like living in the financial district, but it doesn't feel like a "neighborhood".  

I would not recommend living in the Tenderloin, Civic Center, or Hunter's Point.
