Global Option Awards

The Global Option in Engineering (GO ENGR) and the Global Option in City and Regional Planning (GO KNOW) programs infuse global perspectives into the undergraduate curriculum and involve course selections with global perspectives as part of the various degree programs. Global Option is awarded alongside the undergraduate degree.

This dashboard provides an overview of completion of the college’s Global Option programs at the time of student graduation. Trends are available for demographic categories including legal sex, race/ethnicity, underrepresented minority (URM) status, residency and area of study.

Underrepresented minorities (URM) include African American or Black, Hispanic, American Indian/Alaskan Native, and those who identify as two or more races, including at least one of the previous categories. Students are only considered as URM if they are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Faculty and staff are considered as URM without respect to residency status.
