Graduate Appointments

This dashboard provides trends for graduate student appointments and stipends over time, broken down by appointment type. Appointments and stipends can be filtered by students’ academic department (department of study) and program (area of study), as well as academic level (master’s vs PhD). Appointments and stipends can be toggled between the area of study and the employing unit (described below):

• Department of Study: The academic department that houses the area of study
• Area of Study: Program of study the student is enrolled in
• Employing Groups: Academic departments, administrative units and centers within the College of Engineering, and a group for employment outside the College of Engineering
• Employing Units: Individual departments and centers within the College of Engineering, and colleges or offices outside the College of Engineering)

Using this dashboard
Hovering over data points can display further information about the data in the view. Filters can be toggled on and off to show specified information about the data in the view. More information on filters, report controls and data definitions can be found under the “i” button (top right corner).
