Web Services has two types of regular maintenance windows. Certain services may be unavailable or intermittent during these hours.
1st, 3rd Thursday @ 8pm-12am
The evening of the first Thursday of the month is the primary time for low level updates including changes to our infrastructure and operating system patches. The third Thursday is a secondary window for the same type of updates and is only used if the primary timeframe is insufficient or if more timely updates are required.
Tuesdays Weekly @ 6am-8am
This time is reserved for Content Management System platform updates. These are changes to the code base which could impact numerous sites. Major individual site migrations and upgrades are also scheduled during this time. We may perform minor software updates at other times if they will not affect site availability.
From time to time, situations may arise that require service interruption outside of regular maintenance windows. These could include system malfunction or security concerns. If possible, emergency maintenance of this type will not be scheduled during normal business hours or will be performed during periods of low utilization.
