Student Organizations
American Ceramic Society
Formed in 1914 to increase awareness in ceramic engineering. Members conduct demonstrations of various ceramic applications for elementary students, go on plant tours, have group discussions with working ceramic engineers, go to local and national meetings, and have social functions with faculty members.
