High Energy

Ohio State and the College of Engineering are well-positioned to move research on both renewable and nonrenewable energy into industry and create careers for its students as well as jobs throughout the state, particularly considering its mission as a land grant institution.

Through a targeted investment of $10.9 million over five years, the university has established the Center for Energy, Sustainability and the Environment in the College of Engineering to address the present and long-term global need for energy.
