Diversity Update
Diversity has long been a point of focus and interest at Ohio State. At the College of Engineering, we recognize that creating a diverse community of students, faculty, administrators and staff produces benefits for everyone.
By its very nature, diversity helps to bring about change through the incorporation of different perspectives and experiences, creating a larger pool from which to draw knowledge. While the traits and beliefs we hold in common strengthen our cohesiveness, our differences provide opportunities to consider unique approaches, to develop new skills, and to establish revived connections to the world around us.
